Junk Helpers is a newly emerged company for junk removal and organizing solutions for the home or office, offering services to both commercial and residential clients.

As any new company that wants to enter the market with a big bang, it needed a strong and powerful image. The owner intended to manage all his business with as less administrative personnel as possible and to grow the business into a franchise; so he knew that in order to make it he would need to have a consistent image that will sell - backed up by rock solid order fulfillment and tracking system to ensure customer satisfaction.

Solution

The logo created is very self-explanatory for the business, representing a junk removal truck and including the URL of the website, which will grow intro being an “online office” and the front desk with the clients.

Besides being cute, the website plays the main role in managing the business. To maintain flexibility as the company and its product line grows Retina implemented the Webalive CMS to power up the JunkHelpers website.

A robust system of referrals and order fulfillment has been set in place. Already existing customers can refer friends by sending them a cute e-card, and when these friends turn into paying customers the referrer is being rewarded.

A customer can order a service as many times as wanted for as many different locations as possible, as long as there is a truck serving that specific zip code. The customer views and manages his/her order history and his/her referrals, while the administrator manages the trucks, the zip codes served, the users and access rights to the backend, the referrers, the orders..etc

There is no need for any administrative personnel besides the administrator of the backend and one phone operator, because the truck drivers receive via email their day to day timetable.

Result

After having an image and an automated system for managing the operations, the client could launch the business and have it fully operational from day one, with one secretary place and the trucks and drivers. While the business is growing through franchise and it serves more and more areas, the system developed by Retina is showing its dependability and its flexibility by performing as quickly and easily as if it were the first day.
